New publications by our faculty members

📚Scientific research, language, translation

Professor Nataša Pavlović and professor Mateusz-Milan Stanojević coauthored an amazing book based on their 10-year experience of co-teaching a related course and more than 20 years of research into the complexities of language(s) and their translation.

📚Disruption of the common and significance of meaning: cognitive linguistics in learning and teaching

Professor Renata Geld just published an entrancing book on a peaceful disruption that involves minor or major educational turns aimed at empowering the student's experience on the one hand and cognitive processes on the other. When it comes to language, that is, its learning and teaching, then we are talking about an unbreakable triad of languages, cognition and experience.

In her presentation, she will tackle the challenges brought to us by new technologies, but also certain specifically human qualities, abilities, knowledge and skills that we need to activate in order to build coexistence with technology instead of going to war with it.
